April 25, 2012Hello Everyone,I have to try to start doing this, I think this is just a
fabulous idea. As soon as you wake up, spend 60 seconds in
bed thinking about 5 things you are grateful for. They say
grateful thoughts are proven to stimulate an increase in
energy! I just think this would be a great habit to start,
and can't see how you can't roll out of bed in a great mood
after thanking all the blessing in your life.

Hint 1: Wash chemicals and pesticides off fruits and vegetables in
a pot filled with water and 3 - 4 tablespoons of baking soda added.

Hint 2: Perspiration
Prevention is better than curative. Let antiperspirant or deodorant dry completely before putting on your garment. Pre-treat the underarm area of the garment with liquid laundry detergent, so the buildup can be washed away. If the stain is old, treat the area with white or apple cider vinegar to help dissolve the perspiration. Wash in hot water at least every third or fourth time to get rid of the buildup.
