Greetings fellow Bizarros:

I have a simple rule; if you are going to wear a prosthetic penis to work keep it to yourself. Unfortunately the woman in today's story had never heard this sage advice.

A federal civil rights complaint filed by Pauline Davis, says she wore a prosthetic penis to the J&J Snack Foods plant in Pennsylvania as she was contemplating sex reassignment surgery. Davis, who was employed as a packer/line inspector, eventually confided in several co-workers about her situation. One employee eventually alerted management, according to the complaint, and Davis was subsequently fired.

The 45-year-old Davis is now seeking back pay, damages for suffering and humiliation, and punitive damages. Davis's attorney told the news that the fake penis was heavily concealed and "in no way interfered with her ability to do her job."

Furthermore, Davis also claims a male employee who was undergoing hormone treatments and wore female clothing to the workplace was treated more favorably. "Ms. Davis was subjected to disparate and discriminatory treatment for being a female, and for being a female who identified with the male gender," the lawsuit states.

Spokespeople for J&J Snack Foods have thus far offered no comment on the case, and there is no indication in any of the reports that Davis ever completed or furthered the gender-reassignment surgery. She, however, still enjoying the penis.

Bizarrely,
Lewis

*- Police: Man fled so he could smoke crack -*

GAINESVILLE, Fla. - Police in Florida said a man who led officers on a chase told them he fled so he could smoke his crack before going to jail. Gainesville police said officers attempted to pull over a blue pickup truck Saturday because it had a headlight out, but the driver failed to stop and ran a red light while fleeing the pursuing vehicle, The Gainesville (Fla.) Sun reported Wednesday. Cpl Angelina Valuri, police spokeswoman, said an Alachua County Sheriff's Office deputy joined the chase and the truck eventually stopped at a Kangaroo gas station on U.S. 441 in Micanopy. The driver, Kenneth Stine, 53, told officers he stopped fleeing because he was out of gas. He told the officers he had refused to pull over because he had just purchased some crack and wanted to smoke it in his vehicle before going to jail. Lewis - A school official became suspicious of the death certificate because it contained "slightly different fonts which were not aligned properly." Sounds just like the suspicious Obama Birth Certificate.

People fake death certificate to get some extra vacation, and get fired, GOOD. But we have a man who lies, and has a faked Birth Certificate, so he can be President... gets away with it. People don't get the relationship, and are getting SCREWED by the government. -Larry
[Boy, you people are really on the bandwagon with this birth certificate idea.]

Lewis, did you see this one, "Police arrested a Middletown woman who allegedly called police to complain that her drug dealer didn't give her the right painkillers. Police said Jessica Boutin, 27, called police after she paid $160 for Percocets, only to discover she that was given Seroquel, which is used to treat schizophrenia and bipolar disorder."
[A similar thing happened to me when my pharmacist gave me Viagra instead of my cholesterol prescription.]

I wish they would prosecute book thieves around here. I believe they get away with over $20000 worth of books at our little branch library and nothing is done. The books aren't replaced either. I guess insurance doesn't cover books taken by thief when they are borrowed to start with. It is stealing from every taxpayer in that county, isn't it?
