Hello Everyone,

Here's a cooling tip...muddle a bunch of mint to release
the juices. Add the crushed leaves and the juices to a large glass pitcher of filtered water and keep it stashed in your fridge. It's perfect for a quick drink to chill you from the heat of summer :)

Hint 1:

After a long hot day your feet and legs can feel pretty achy and hot. Try this for a fast relief: dip your feet in iced green tea, mist on a green tea spray or smooth on a cream infused with the tea! Green tea is considered a 'cooling' tea that absorbs body heat, leaving you feeling refreshed.

Hint 2: Who says vodka is just for us humans? (Not me said the bee)

Preserve Flowers: Add a few drops of vodka and a teaspoon of sugar to the water in your flower vase. It should help keep your flowers fresh longer. Change out the mixture with fresh ingredients daily.
