Hi Friends,
If you are like me one of the biggest reasons you go to Olive Garden is for their salad.
Heck my mouth is watering just thinking of it! It's crisp, tangy, and loaded with all kinds of good stuff.
While I've tried a few copycat recipes, this version seems to be the best. And it comes together in minutes, costs less, and tastes just as satisfying.
Happy Cooking,

|
Anisa's Kitchen Tip:
Make the dressing a day ahead. It gets even better after chilling, and always toss the salad just before serving to keep the lettuce crisp and the croutons crunchy.
Double the dressing recipe and use it to marinade chicken breasts. They will taste AWESOME!
