Got a minute? Good.
I once read that you can stain/rejuvenate wood items using coffee. I've always kept this in the back of my mind and I finally decided to put it to test on an old coffee table that has some wear and tear on it.
Did it work? YES and I'm really amazed by the brilliant sheen it brought back to the wood.
Below is what and how I did this.

Brew It Strong
Brew a cup of coffee and let it cool completely. The darker and stronger the coffee, the richer the stain will be. Wipe your wood piece clean to remove dust, then use a soft cloth to apply the coffee evenly, working with the grain. For corners or small cracks, use a cotton swab or small paintbrush.
Let It Dry & Build the Color
Allow the coffee to dry completely before deciding if you want another coat. One application creates a subtle refresh, while additional coats deepen the color. Keep in mind that this works best on unfinished or lightly finished wood and is perfect for disguising light wear rather than replacing a traditional stain.
