Greetings!
This 3 ingredient queso dip has saved me more than once when guests popped by unexpectedly or when I'm rushing to a friends house for dinner and need to bring something. It is creamy, nostalgic, and impossible to stop dipping once you start.
My family always asks me to make this!

Today's Recipe: 3 Ingredient Queso Dip
Ingredients:
- 16 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
Recipe:
1. Add Velveeta, Rotel, and cream cheese to a medium saucepan over low heat.
2. Stir frequently until everything is melted and smooth. This takes about 8 to 10 minutes.
3. Once fully melted, reduce heat to low and stir occasionally to keep it creamy.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, pretzels, or fresh veggies.

Extra Toppings: Keep Your Cutting Boards Fresh
Sprinkle coarse salt and rub half a lemon over your cutting board to help remove food odors and stains. Wipe clean and let dry completely before storing.
