Greetings!

This really caught my eye and I was skeptical. A cheese sandwich with mayo, and something called Branston Pickle?

But after seeing it pop up again and again online, I gave in and made one. And wow. It's not just good, it's addictive. The combo of tangy pickle, sharp cheddar, and creamy mayo is a salty-sweet-savory masterpiece!

It takes just four ingredients and a few minutes to make and a new favorite lunch for me!

Today's Recipe: Viral British Cheese Sandwich

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 slices thick-cut sandwich bread
- 2 to 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Branston Pickle (look for the small chunk variety)
- Sharp cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS:
Step 1:On one slice of bread, spread mayonnaise and Branston Pickle. Swirl them together to make a tangy, savory paste.

Step 2:Use a vegetable peeler to shave thin slices of cheddar cheese. Arrange them in a crisscross pattern on the second slice of bread.

Step 3:Close the sandwich and press gently . Slice and enjoy right away.

What is Branston Pickle?
