I used to think getting in shape meant dragging myself to the gym or sweating through intense home workouts. Breathing plays a big role too. I never realized how shallowly I was breathing throughout the day until I tried this technique. Now, I breathe in through my nose for a count of four, and then slowly exhale through my mouth for the same count. It helps me stay focused and calm, especially when I’m walking outdoors. It feels meditative and almost like I’m hitting the reset button on a stressful day.

After a couple of weeks, I noticed I had more energy. My legs felt stronger, my posture improved, and I was sleeping better at night. I wasn’t just burning calories.
