Hello Foodie Friends

Tempting you with a sweet something recipe for Easter. For these brown sugar & vanilla Easter blondies we're using pastel colored M&Ms. Similar to brownies but without cocoa or chocolate, blondies are typically rich and buttery with a nice chewy texture. You can tailor these for any holiday theme simply by swapping different colored sprinkles or chocolate candies.

This has great appeal for young and old it's basically a big ol chocolate chip cookie recipe in bar fashion and who doesn't love the bits of chocolate treats? To me this is the best of both worlds. Similar to golden brownies I love this for the easy prep, the presentation and also serving. Outside the chocolate candies most of the ingredients we typically already have in the pantry. Make them with the kids and it would be fun to arrange the squared onto a platter lined with green dyed coconut flakes and jelly beans sprinkled around to fit the theme too.

Enjoy and HAPPY EASTER to all celebrating!
