'Scream VI': Jenna Ortega is on the run in Super Bowl teaser trailer
Paramount Pictures is giving a glimpse of the new film Scream VI.
The studio shared a teaser trailer for the horror movie Wednesday that will air Sunday during Super Bowl LVII.
The preview shows Sam Carpenter (Melissa Barrera) and her sister Tara (Jenna Ortega) on the run from the killer Ghostface. In one scene, Sam (Barrera) and her friends must cross a ladder high-up between apartment buildings.
Courteney Cox, Hayden Panettiere, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, Dermot Mulroney and Samara Weaving also star.
Scream VI is written by James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick and directed by Matt Bettinelli-Oplin and Tyler Gillett. The film is the sixth in the Scream franchise and is a sequel to the 2022 film Scream.
Paramount previously released a trailer featuring Panettiere as Kirby Reed, a character she first played in Scream 4 (2011).
Scream VI opens in theaters March 10.
Barrera is known for the Starz series Vida, while Ortega recently portrayed the title character on the Netflix series Wednesday.

John Cleese returning for 'Fawlty Towers' revival
Monty Python's Flying Circus legend John Cleese has announced he is working with his stand-up comedian daughter Camilla and producers Matthew George and Rob Reiner on fresh episodes of his classic 1970s British hotel comedy, Fawlty Towers.
"What I like about Matt is that, unlike many producers, he really 'gets' the creative process," John Cleese said in a statement Tuesday.
"When we first met, he offered an excellent first idea, and then Matt, my daughter Camilla, and I had one of the best creative sessions I can remember," he added. "By dessert, we had an overall concept so good that, a few days later, it won the approval of Rob and Michele Reiner. Camilla and I look forward enormously to expanding it into a series."
The Cleeses are writing and starring in the new season.
"John Cleese is a comedy legend. Just the idea of working with him makes me laugh," Reiner said.
The original aired for two seasons on the BBC in 1975 and 1979. It co-starred Prunella Scales, Andrew Sachs, Connie Booth, Ballard Berkeley, Brian Hall, Renee Roberts and Gilly Flower.
It is unclear what network or streaming service the revival will be on.
Barbra Streisand to release memoir in November
Barbra Streisand will release her first memoir in November.
The 80-year-old singer and actress will explore her life and career in the book My Name is Barbra, Viking Books, an imprint of Penguin Random House, announced Tuesday.
In My Name is Barbra, Streisand recounts growing up in Brooklyn, her early struggles to become an actress, and her first appearances in New York nightclubs.
The memoir also covers her breakout performance in Funny Girl, the making of Yentl and The Prince of Tides, her friendships with Marlon Brando, Madeleine Albright and other famous figures, her political advocacy, and her marriage to James Brolin.
My Name is Barbra is slated for release Nov. 7.
Streisand confirmed plans for a memoir on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon in August 2021. She shared how former first lady Jackie Kennedy offered to edit the book in 1984.
