Looking good can be as simple as getting a good night sleep. And well, how often does that happen?
Here in the office that is probably the number one complaint I hear (and also say) "I didn't sleep last night".
Getting a better night's sleep could be easier if we develop the correct habits, sometimes referred to as "sleep hygiene".
We have 5 tips that are pretty easy to follow. Let me know if these help you!

1. Be Consistent...
Go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning, including on the weekends.
2. Your Bedroom...
Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, relaxing, and at a comfortable temperature.
3. Remove These Items...
Remove electronic devices, such as TVs, computers, and smart phones, from the bedroom.
If removal isn't an option, make sure devices are muted and if you are one of those people who needs a TV to fall asleep make sure it is on a timer to shut off.
4. Avoid These...
Avoid large meals, caffeine, and alcohol before bedtime.
5. Get Some Exercise...
Being physically active during the day can help you fall asleep more easily at night.
