Hi All!

My Friday finale is a quick dip recipe that you could make with your eyes closed and want to keep making it again! If you're looking for more for munchies I've also included the famous chipped beef dip I'm pretty sure about everyone has had (you know on some Ritz crackers) but still say "mmmmmmm What's in this again?". Some of the best things are just so simple am I right?

PESTO CREAM VEGGIE DIP

INGREDIENTS:
1 (7 ounce) container prepared Pesto with Basil
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:
Place pesto, cream cheese, sour cream and Parmesan cheese in food processor or blender; cover. Process until creamy and chill until ready to serve.

Yield: 1 2/3 cups

MARZEE's CORNER

TAKE ANYWHERE CHIPPED BEEF SPREAD:

It's an old standby but all you need is a tub of this and a pack of crackers to kill any snack attack.

1 8-ounce package cream cheese
2 1/2 ounces dried beef, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Mix cream cheese well with dried beef, green and red peppers, onion, and garlic. Fold in sour cream and pecans and chill. Serve with crackers.
