Hey All!

I'm always trying to come up with side with dinner and I always think its nice to have a few different dishes, even if they're smaller portions of each so you can get a little taste of this n' that. Here is a great veggie casserole to put out as an alternative to green bean?

This SPINACH CASSEROLE uses the frozen spinach and cream cheese and has gone over great at potlucks and dinner parties. This uses lots of butter but this is one time of the year you can splurge. If you do everything ahead of time it only takes 20 minutes to bake too.

Enjoy!
