Hello Video Lovers,

These days it seems like any opinion that differs from the norm is labeled as "hate speech". This can be especially true when it comes to topics such as race and gender. Corporate Media loves to rile us up over these things because they are easy targets to generate conflict and profit.

Be a Role Model

The number one most important thing that you can do as a man is be constructive. No matter what you like to do, as long as you are not tearing down someone else, you can influence change and be a positive role model for other men. Bjorn Andreas Bull-Hansen has always been a positive force of masculinity and one that I look to often during hardships, and I cannot think of better advice than going somewhere quiet, ideally within nature, to remind oneself of what is truly important!
