Hint 1:

Right now we're in the first month of fall. Now is the time to buy that new swimsuit you've been wanting or a new pair of summer shorts. Avoid buying winter coats or boots as they will be through the roof right now! If your old gear will last, put off those purchases until the spring.

Jeans are also a great fall purchase, because retailers typically use October to get rid of all the unsold denim that is still stuck on their shelves after the back-to-school shopping period ends.

Hint 2:

You can also find BIG discounts on bigger purchases like patio furniture, lawn mowers and barbecue grills. If you are thinking about buying something like this in the spring anyway, it makes sense to cough up the cash now if you can save 20, 30 or maybe even 40 percent!
