I don't know about you guys but after a very late start to the summer, I was ecstatic when I found out we'd have upper 80 degree days. The humidity we have been experiencing though takes away the ability to enjoy the heat. How do you guys cool off when the heat and humidity are a lot to handle?

Well for starters, we all have to drink more water. It may seem like a no-brainer but you'd be really surprised at how many people don't drink enough water and would rather reach for their coffee or pop instead. Stay safe and hydrated and stick with the 8 by 8 rule. That means you should drink at least 8 cups of water 8 times a day.

I enjoy eating foods that I know are going to cool me down. I usually reach for some cold grapes or watermelon. Fresh veggies like sweet peppers or cucumbers do the trick too!
