Here's the Scoop...

Before we get to the nooz I had to tell you about this...

My kids are dying to see Toy Story 4 but I don't want to go and see it opening weekend. I'd like them to wait a week or two for the theaters to not be so packed. Of course the weather has been terrible. Nothing but rain in the forcast for a week straight, so it would be perfect time to go to the movies.

Well, I got my boys the Glow-in-the-Dark Dinosaur Fossil Eggs to pass the time and boy, oh boy, my kids love it!

The Glow-in-the-Dark Dinosaur Fossil Eggs let kids of all ages become a paleontologist. It's like having a PhD in FUN!

These dinosaur fossil eggs look and feel like a real egg. My boys had a blast as they cut, grind, scrape and breakaway the rock-like material to find a prehistoric creature that's fun to play with and it glows in the dark!

They're a fun activity for a rainy day and they make for great party favor at your kids' or grandkids' next birthday party. Order your Glow-in-the-Dark Dinosaur Fossil Eggs - RIGHT HERE!

So my boys and I will discover dinosaurs and probably see Toy Story 4 next week. If you see it before then, please let me know what you thought. Thanks.

Be Well,
Steve

Carrie Underwood facing lawsuit over NFL song 'Game On'

Carrie Underwood is being sued for copyright infringement over her Sunday Night Football theme song titled "Game On."

Singer-songwriter Heidi Merrill filed the complaint against Underwood in Manhattan federal court on Wednesday, stating that her song also titled "Game On" is strikingly similar to Underwood's NFL track.

Merrill said that she came up with "Game On" in 2016 before uploading it to YouTube in March 2017.

She says she met with Underwood's producer Mark Bright at an event in Nashville and presented the song to him to see if Underwood would like to use it before it was ultimately passed on.

Merrill and her co-writers, who named nine defendants in total in the lawsuit -- including Underwood, Bright, EMI Entertainment, the NFL and NBC -- is seeking an unspecified amount in damages.

"This type of exploitation is precisely what our copyright laws are designed to protect against," Merrill's attorney Timothy Foster said in a statement to Billboard.

"And we will aggressively seek to vindicate our clients' rights in the original song they created."

'Riverdale' Season 4 premiere to honor Luke Perry

Riverdale will honor late star Luke Perry with its Season 4 premiere.

Series creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa said in a tweet Wednesday the episode, titled "In Memoriam," will pay tribute to Perry and his character, Fred Andrews.

"Probably the most important episode of #Riverdale we'll do this year, if not ever. A tribute to our fallen friend. Thankful for this opportunity to honor Luke & Fred," he wrote.

"In Memoriam" is written by Aguirre-Sacasa and directed by Gabriel Correa. The episode will air Oct. 9 on The CW.

Perry died at age 52 in March following a stroke. His character, the father of Archie Andrews (KJ Apa), last appeared in a Season 3 episode in April, and has been "away" on business since. Aguirre-Sacasa told E! News in May Fred's absence would be addressed in Season 4.

"When Luke passed, it was such a shock, and it was devastating," the writer and producer explained. "So we thought rather than do it quickly or do it wrong, let's take our time, let's figure out, and let's deal with it at the beginning of Season 4."

Riverdale stars Apa, Lili Reinhart, Camila Mendes and Cole Sprouse. Perry was also known for his role as Dylan McKay on Beverly Hills, 90210.

Freddie Mercury sings 'Time Waits for No One' in unearthed recording

An unearthed recording of Freddie Mercury singing "Time Waits for No One" is being released as a new single.

USA Today reported Thursday the late Queen singer performed the stripped-down version of "Time" during a recording session with producer Dave Clark in 1986. Mercury died at age 45 in November 1991.

"Time Waits for No One" features Mercury and a sole piano, versus the dozens of musical and backup vocal tracks on "Time." Clark told Yahoo! Entertainment that listening to Mercury sing the simple version gave him goosebumps.

"Nobody was there. It was just amazing. I can't even explain it," Clark said.

"Time Waits for No One" was lost after recording and Clark said he spent a decade trying to find the track. He found the recording in his tape archive in 2018 but waited to release the song until after the premiere of the Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody.

In addition, Clark created a new video for "Time Waits for No One" from original negatives and unused, unprocessed film footage from the "Time" music video.

"Freddie just wanted to have fun and live in the moment," Clark told USA Today. "We were both aiming to create something special and it certainly was special."

Which comedic actor is open to 'Pitch Perfect 4' and returning to 'Modern Family'?

Adam DeVine is open to Pitch Perfect 4 and returning to the ABC series Modern Family.

The 35-year-old actor fielded questions about the potential sequel and reprising Andy Bailey in the 11th and final season of Modern Family during Wednesday's episode of Watch What Happens Live.

DeVine played Bumper Allen in Pitch Perfect (2012) and Pitch Perfect 2 (2015). He jokingly said Pitch Perfect 4 is "happening" before pitching an idea for the sequel.

"I could see like a Pitch Perfect wedding or something fun, if it makes sense. But I don't know. I kind of think it's done," the star said.

DeVine had a recurring role as Andy in Modern Family Seasons 5-7 and last appeared as a guest star in Season 9. The show, which co-stars Sarah Hyland, Ariel Winter, Sofia Vergara and Ed O'Neill, was renewed for a final season in February.

"I don't know. We'll see. I love doing the show," DeVine said. "It was kind of a whole scheduling mishap for the last few seasons, but I would like to go back. I'm not opposed to going back to that show."

Pitch Perfect star Rebel Wilson had hinted at a fourth installment during an interview with Vanity Fair in October.

"There's some things in the works. I'm sure Universal is going to hate me for saying this," the actress said.

"All us Bellas love each other," she added of Anna Kendrick, Brittany Sonw, Anna Camp and her other co-stars. "We just want to work with each other. The girls are just awesome."

DeVine recently starred with Wilson in the movie Isn't It Romantic. He will next star in the Disney movie Magic Camp with Jeffrey Tambor and Gillian Jacobs.
