Try a cayenne pepper and stimulate your metabolism by nearly 20%.

Relax with a heated pack: Castor-oil packs stimulate the liver and gallbladder to draw toxins from the body. Using castor-oils packs daily for two weeks can result in normalized liver enzymes, a decrease in elevated cholesterol levels and greater energy.

Try This: Rub your stomach with castor oil, the place an oil-soaked cotton cloth on it along with a heating pad and relax on a towel on your bed for 30 minutes.

Take Some Sips on This Tea: Everyone has heard that green tea has the power to oxidize fat - but it turns out that its cousin, oolong tea, has twice the belly fat burning power. This tea is even richer in the fat-metabolizing and health enhancing plant compound called polyphenols. Shoot for two cups a day of oolong tea.
