'John Wick' takes out the competition at the weekend box office!

Keanu Reeves' latest action movie John Wick: Chapter 3 -- Parabellum is No. 1 in North America this weekend, earning $57 million in receipts, BoxOfficeMojo.com announced Sunday.

Coming in at No. 2 is Avengers: Endgame with $29.4 million, followed by Pokemon Detective Pikachu at No. 3, A Dog's Journey at No. 4 with $8 million and The Hustle at No. 5 with $6 million.

Rounding out the top tier are The Intruder at No. 6 with $4 million, Long Shot at No. 7 with $3.4 million, The Sun is Also a Star at No. 8 with $2.6 million, Poms at No, 9 with $2.1 million and Uglydolls at No. 10 with $1.6 million.

Sammy Shore, Comedy Store co-founder and Pauly Shore's father, dead at 92

Comedian, Friars Club member and animal advocate Sammy Shore has died of natural causes in Las Vegas, a post on The Comedy Store's Facebook page said Saturday. He was 92.

"Sammy's almost 70-year career as a stand-up began in the Catskills when he and Shecky Greene were thrown together as a comedy team," the message said.

"However, when Elvis chose him to open for his comeback at the International Hotel in Las Vegas in 1974, Sammy's reputation skyrocketed. Over the next seven years, he opened for Elvis' International Hotel and road shows."

Throughout his career, Shore also opened for well-known entertainers such as Tony Orlando, Barbra Streisand, Tony Bennett, Sammy Davis, Jr., Tom Jones, Ann-Margaret, Connie Stevens, Bobby Darin and Glen Campbell.

He co-founded The Comedy Store with Rudy De Luca in 1972, Deadline.com said. He has been touring for the last 22 years with his son, Pauly.

He also is survived by his wife of 29 years, Suzanne Dennie Shore, and sons Peter and Scott.

"Dad, you lived an amazing life and I'm so proud to say that you are my father. When you're in heaven I'll be killing the crowds night after night and carrying on your legacy. Love you Dad. Rest in peace.Your son and fellow stand up comic," Pauly tweeted.

Kim Kardashian shares first photo of new baby, reveals name

Kim Kardashian shared the first public photograph of her newest child and revealed his name in a social media post Friday.

Kardashian announced the name of her fourth child with husband Kanye West -- Psalm West. The revelation accompanied a photo of the newborn sleeping in his crib.

A surrogate gave birth to Psalm on May 9.

Kardashian and West are also parents to 5-year-old daughter North, 3-year-old son Saint and 15-month-old daughter Chicago.

"He's here and he's perfect!" Kardashian told fans May 10, announcing Psalm's birth.

"He's also Chicago's twin lol I'm sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her."

Kardashian confirmed in January that she was expecting her fourth child with West via surrogate.

Keanu Reeves recalls crush on 'Speed' co-star Sandra Bullock

Keanu Reeves says he had a crush on Speed co-star Sandra Bullock.

The 54-year-old actor had nothing but praise for Bullock during Friday's episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show after Bullock shared her past crush on Reeves on the show in December.

Reeves told host Ellen DeGeneres he wasn't aware of Bullock's crush while filming the 1994 movie. He said he also had feelings for Bullock on set.

"She obviously didn't know I had a crush on her, either," Reeves said. "We were working."

"It was nice to go to work. I mean, she's such a wonderful person and a wonderful actress," he added.

Bullock recalled her crush on Reeves during the Dec. 20 episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

"I think of how sweet Keanu Reeves was and how handsome he was," the actress said of filming.

"It was hard for me to like, really be serious," she added. "Like, he would look at me and I'd be like [giggling]. And I'd have to try, you know, [to be serious]."

Reeves jokingly proposed a Speed sequel with Bullock in an interview with The Big Ticket podcast this week. Reeves and Bullock played Jack Traven and Annie Porter in the movie.

"We'll be 65!" Reeves said. "I'm driving [or] Annie's driving because I don't remember where I am."

Reeves stars in the new movie John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum, which opened in theaters Friday. Bullock last appeared in the Netflix film Bird Box.

Batman faces his greatest foes in first animated 'Hush' trailer

Batman faces his greatest foes in first animated 'Hush' trailerBatman is challenged by some of his greatest adversaries in the first trailer for DC Comics' upcoming animated feature, Batman: Hush.

The clip, released on Friday, features Batman (voiced by Jason O'Mara) having to contend with the likes of The Joker, Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, Scarecrow and mysterious foe Hush who always appears one step ahed of The Dark Knight.

Batman also finds himself entering into a relationship with Catwoman (voiced by Jennifer Morrison) and having to battle Superman after The Man of Steel is put under Poison Ivy's spell.

The Caped Crusader quickly finds out that Hush is somehow behind all of his enemies resurfacing and rushes to find out his true identity.

Batman: Hush, directed by Justin Copeland, will be released digitally on July 20 and then on Blu-ray and the DC Universe streaming service on Aug. 13.

Batman: Hush is based on the DC Comics storyline of the same name by writer Jeph Loeb and artist Jim Lee. The story arc first started in the pages of Batman Issue No. 608 which was published in December 2002.

Film star and former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger is assuring fans he was unharmed when someone jump kicked him in the back during a sporting event in South Africa.

"Thanks for your concerns, but there is nothing to worry about. I thought I was just jostled by the crowd, which happens a lot. I only realized I was kicked when I saw the video like all of you. I'm just glad the idiot didn't interrupt my Snapchat," the 71-year-old Terminator icon tweeted Saturday.

Variety reported an unknown man assaulted the actor at his Arnold Classic Africa event featuring 90 sports and about 24,000 athletes of all abilities in Johannesburg.

The assailant was immediately led away by a man presumed to be a security guard and the event continued.
