Matthew 5:29
If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell.
Greetings Bible Enthusiast!
I feel confident that none of us wants to be cast into hell. Do you need to pluck out your eye in order to escape that fate? Perhaps not, literally, but YES metaphorically speaking. Stop going to that bar, as you inevitably get drunk and act in an unchristian manner. Quit hanging out with those friends, as you often sin when with them. Stop meeting with that particular group of women, as the gossip is destroying your life, as well as the lives of whom you are gossiping.
God Bless You!

TODAY'S BIT OF WISDOM/REFLECTION:
Truth makes the face of that person shine who speaks it.
-Robert South
FEATURED FUNNY:
The pastor of our church began his sermon with this story:
"I was on a plane last week, from Chicago to California, when we ran into some very severe turbulence.
As it got worse, the passengers became more and more alarmed, and even the flight attendants began to look concerned. Finally, one of them noticed that I had 'Rev.' in front of my name on the passenger list, came over to me, and said, 'Sir, this is really frightening. Do you suppose you could, I don't know... do something religious?'"
"So I took up a collection."
