Isaiah 53:3

He was despised, and we did not esteem Him.

We began our week discussing how some of our readers suffer from self-esteem. We spent the week seeing how Jesus had every reason, (looking at outward circumstances) to do the same, yet He did not! You, too, do not need to suffer any longer from self-doubt or low self-esteem. Isaiah 53:4 goes on to say that "Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows." He not only has felt all the pain and sorrow that you feel, but has overcome it and conquered it. Cast all your burdens on low self esteem on Him and use Him as your example. You can be confident in His love and the Father's love. You can know who you are (through heaven's eyes) and where you are going. All of this will give you the esteem and confidence that you desire.

God Bless You!

FEATURED POEM:

Without Him I could do nothing,
Without Him I'd surely fail;
Without Him I would be drifting
Like a ship without sail.
Jesus, O Jesus!
Do you know Him today?
Do not turn away.
O Jesus, O Jesus,
Without Him, how lost I would be.
