Hello all!
Anyone like me and have a whole drawer of knives and none of them are even sharp when you need them? Last time someone offered to help me in the kitchen at party time slicing and dicing a bunch of veggies for me it took a good 3 different knives before I finally settled on a sub par knife...oh the tears from that messy dull knife on onion (still sorry Cath!) A new set of chef knives has been on my wish list but seriously have you seen the prices?!
So I've been trying out one of these nonstick Granite Tuff knives which can basically do the job of multiple other knives I just saved myself a ton of dough! It might look like it's from space but the holes keep things from sticking too and it really really never needs sharpening.
At just under 6 inches it is a super handy go-to size for handling much of my everyday slicing and dicing needs like a pro. Best part about it is the price you can't beat it under $6 bucks too. Head on over to PulseTV to check it out you'll see it's really guaranteed for 'forever' too...

Here is another no-experience-required recipe for parties that could not be easier and I think you'll really enjoy... a BLT PIZZA. This makes 4 servings so leave them whole or make a few and cut up into smaller squares to go around (you know.. like 'sample Saturday' style ;o)
Enjoy!

A FEW QUICK DRINK TIPS:
* If you drink beer, keep some beer mugs in your freezer.
A chilled glass makes all the difference.
* Pack a plastic container of frozen lemonade or iced tea in
the a.m., to keep food chilled and have as a drink by lunchtime.
* Try herbal tea when you make your next pitcher of iced tea.
* Add seltzer water to grape, cranberry or orange juice to
make a carbonated fruit drink.
