Hi All!
Chicken and rice sound nice? Not interesting enough? Well this one is SPICY SWEET made with canned Chipotle peppers for a slightly smoky flavor. Better? Served over rice with the tangy relish is really nice over a bed of steaming hot rice.
Chipotles are dried, smoked jalapeños. Adobo is a tangy, slightly sweet red sauce. ... You can use just the chipotles for intense smoky chile heat or just the sauce if you want a sour-sweet flavor and a slightly less fiery smoky heat.
Enjoy!

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, shopped
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 cup honey
