If you like crock pot cooking you couldn't find an easier meal than this 3 INGREDIENT SPICY BEEF recipe. I'm not kidding just 3 ingredients! This has to be the easiest recipe I've come across. My sister had this one "bunko night" and the meat just pulled apart so tender and tasty that everyone was dying for the recipe. The recipe calls for Rump Roast but the person she got this from said she has also used anything that was on sale. She obliged me with the recipe and I'm not wasting any time passing it along to you. - Thanks Cathy!

Enjoy!

SLOW COOKER TIPS

Add spices and herbs toward the end of cooking time.

Keep the lid on tight, you don't want all your heat and
steam to escape.(or add 15 minutes for every time you peek)

For color, you may want to brown meats before adding to crockpot.

Liquids don't boil away as in conventional cooking, so you
will have more liquid at the end of cooking time than you
started with.

Vegetables don't overcook in a crockpot, so all vegetables
can go in at the same time.

Don't add milk, sour cream or cream til the last hour of cooking.

Keep some cooked ground beef in the freezer to make soups,
stews, chili, etc.
