Since Valentine's Day is around the corner I have some "sweets for your sweetie" and "recipes for romance". This GIANT CHERRY HEART DESSERT recipe is one you can really put your heart into. Not only does is rank pretty high on the "easy to fix" scale and has a great "awe factor". If you're new to The Daily Recipe, that means visual appeal... how much "awe" or "wow" it receives when unveiled. They say presentatipn is everything. Ironic that some of the best looking recipes can also be the easiest to prepare.
For an added touch to this recipe you can pipe a border of the whipped topping just around the edges of the heart for a border. Or if you're pressed for time it wouldn't be a crime to take a can of whipped cream for this finishing touch either. it's those added touches that make a recipe even more special. Some of the best things can be so simple!
