Hello all ready for SuperBowl?

I couldn't do finger foods without these easy heat-and-eat PEPPERONI PINWHEELS. For some reason the guys really like these... perhaps because they're perfectly bite sized? Whatever the reason these are great to put together early on "game day" and just pop in the oven. Don't forget to run out and get some football shaped platters and other themed decorations if you're hosing the game. This makes it more fun for everyone!

Whether you're hosting game-day, partying with friends or just kicking back quietly at home have fun all!

PEPPERONI PINWHEELS

INGREDIENTS:
1 8-ounce can refrigerated crescent rolls
1 3-1/2ounce package thinly sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Cup pizza sauce

DIRECTIONS:
Heat over to 350 degrees. Separate dough into 4 rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal. Place 8 pepperoni slices on each rectangle; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cheese. Starting at shortest side, tightly roll up each rectangle; pinch to seal. Slice each roll into 4 equal sections. Pinch dough together on one side of each slice to seal. Place sealed-side down on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve pinwheels with warm pizza sauce.

FYI: HOW MANY APPETIZERS FOR A CROWD?

How many items you will need per person will depend on the time of day and the age of the people. A good rule of thumb is 5-6 pieces per person. This can vary however, if the serving time is near a regular meal time where people will be hungry and you might allow double that. Age and activity has an impact too. The younger the crowd, the more they will eat. An older crowd, tends to be watching their weight and just has less of an appetite. You can provide lots of servings using more cold appetizers.
