Did you know that ginger is one of the healthiest spices on the planet? Ginger is loaded with nutrients and other compounds that have very powerful benefits for your body and brain.

Personally, ginger is something that has grown on me throughout the last couple of years. The more I have it the more I love it. But now that I know what kind of health benefits it offers, it is something that I try to incorporate into my lifestyle more often.

Ginger actually has a very long history of use in various forms of traditional/alternative medicine. I tend to use it to help digestion or reduce nausea. But it can also help fight the flu and common cold, to name a few a few other uses.
