Hello all!
"You don't have to be a four-star chef to eat like gourmet"
It's a good idea to slip fish into your diet every week but many people who love fish are afraid of preparing it. Well, this EASY & LIGHT LEMONY FISH recipe can be your life-saver because it's light and east to prepare. This also incorporates a unique product called imitation butter spray that's pretty available most everywhere these days (like the 'I can't believe it's not butter' brand) for those of you who are watching your waistline.
Enjoy!

FISH COOKING TIP:
Never overcook. Cooking fish at too high a temperature or for too long a time can toughen the fish and destroy natural moisture and flavor. Overcooking is the most common mistake in fish and seafood cookery. Fish loses its translucent appearance and becomes opaque when thoroughly cooked. Pierce the fish at the thickest point. If it flakes easily and the flesh falls from the bones, you know it is done.
