NEW AVENGERS TRAILER!!!
Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark/Iron Man recorded a farewell message as he floats in a spacecraft with no food or water in Friday's first trailer for Avengers: Endgame.
"Part of the journey is the end," the usually sarcastic Stark said solemnly.
The 2 1/2-minute preview reminds viewers that Josh Brolin's villain Thanos succeeded in his mission to wipe out half of the living creatures on Earth in the last moments of this year's Avengers: Infinity War.
Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman,) Spider-Man (Tom Holland,) Groot (Vin Diesel,) Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch,) Peter Quill (Chris Pratt) and Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) are among those who disappeared.
Captain America (Chris Evans) and Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) are seen in the trailer discussing a plan to bring everyone back from wherever Thanos sent them.
Their fellow Avengers Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) and Ant-Man (Paul Rudd) who were not in Infinity War, as well as Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and Bruce Banner/Hulk, are also spotted in the clip.
The film is set for theatrical release in April.

Kevin Hart withdraws as Oscars host after anti-gay comments emerge
Actor-comedian Kevin Hart announced late Thursday he has withdrawn as the 2019 Oscars host after homophobic tweets emerged.
"I have made the choice to step down from hosting this year's Oscar's," Hart posted on Twitter, two days after the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced he would host the 91th annual Academy Awards on Feb. 24. "This is because I do not want to be a distraction on a night that should be celebrated by so many amazing talented artists. I sincerely apologize to the LGBTQ community for my insensitive words from my past."
Hart, who was in Sydney, Australia, for a show, refused to apologize for his comments. The academy then demanded that he apologize or have his hosting duties revoked, according to Variety.
"I'm sorry that I hurt people," Hart wrote in a second tweet. "I am evolving and want to continue to do so. My goal is to bring people together not tear us apart. Much love & appreciation to the Academy. I hope we can meet again."
Past Twitter posts emerged where he used words like "homo" and "gay," according to E! News. The since-deleted tweets date to 2011.
And an interview to Rolling Stone in 2015 also resurfaced, where he said: "Keep in mind, I'm not homophobic ... Be happy. Do what you want to do. But me, as a heterosexual male, if I can prevent my son from being gay, I will."
GLAAD, the media-monitoring organization founded by LGBT people in the media, told USA Today on Thursday that it had contacted the academy to discuss Hart hosting the Oscars.
Hours before his announcement on Twitter, Hart had been steadfast in not apologizing.
"If u want to search my history or past and anger yourselves with what u find that is fine with me. I'm almost 40 years old and I'm in love with the man that I am becoming," Hart wrote in a caption of a video. "You LIVE and YOU LEARN & YOU GROW & YOU MATURE. I live to Love....Please take your negative energy and put it into something constructive."
Hart had been announced to succeed Jimmy Kimmel, who served as host for the cermonies that awards excellence in film in 2017 and 2018.
"For years I have been asked if I would ever host the Oscars and my answer was always the same," Hart posted Tuesday on Instagram alongside an image of an Oscar statuette. I said that it would be the opportunity of a lifetime for me as a comedian and that it will happen when it's supposed to.
"I am blown away simply because this has been a goal of my list for a long time," he continued. "I will be sure to make this years Oscars a special one."
In 2011, another comedian and actor, Eddie Murphy, announced would not host the 2012 Academy Awards, one day after his Tower Heist director, Brett Ratner, resigned as the cermeony's producer over an anti-gay remark he made over the weekend.
'Vice' leads with 6 Golden Globe Award nods for fil
Terry Crews, Leslie Mann, Christian Slater and Danai Gurira read aloud the nominations for Golden Globes in Los Angeles Thursday morning.
The Globes recognize excellence in film and television, and are presented by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. Winners are to be announced on Jan. 6 at a gala to be hosted by Sandra Oh and Andy Samberg.
The film Vice led the field with six nominations, while The Favourite, Green Book and A Star is Born each earned five nods apiece.

Cardi B, Drake top list of Grammy nominations
The Recording Academy announced on Friday the nominations for the 61st annual Grammy Awards which are set to take place on Feb. 10.
Cardi B's Invasion of Privacy, Brandi Carlie's By the Way, I Forgive You, Drake's Scorpion, H.E.R.'s self titled album, Post Malone's Beerbongs & Bentleys, Janelle Monae's Dirty Computer, Kacey Musgraves' Golden Hour and Black Panther: The Album featuring Kendrick Lamar were nominated for Album of the Year.
Record of the Year will be decided between "I Like It" by Cardi B, Bad Bunny and J Balvin, "The Joke" by Brandi Carlise, "This is America" by Childish Gambino, "God's Plan" by Drake, "Shallow" by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper, "All the Stars" by Kendrick Lamar and SZA, "Rockstar" by Post Malone featuring 21 Savage and "The Middle" by Zedd, Maren Morris and Grey.
"All the Stars," "Boo'd Up," "God's Plan," "In My Blood," "The Joke," "The Middle," "Shallow" and "This is America" by Childish Gambino are nominated for Song of the Year.
Chloe X Halle, Luke Combs, Greta Van Fleet, H.E.R., Dua Lipa, Margo Price, Bebe Rexha and Jorja Smith were nominated for Best New Artist.
The Grammy Awards are set to take place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The event will be broadcast on CBS.
Bruno Mars dominated the 2018 Grammy Awards in January, take home the awards for Best Record, Song and Album.
Sandra Oh, Andy Samberg to host the Golden Globe Awards gala
Killing Eve star Sandra Oh and Brooklyn Nine-Nine actor Andy Samberg are set to co-host the Golden Globe Awards, NBC announced Wednesday.
"Sandra and Andy are the perfect choices to host this world-class event," Paul Telegdy and George Cheeks, co-chairmen of NBC Entertainment, said in a statement. "They bring wit, charm and style to a room filled with the very best of film and television. It's sure to be another unforgettable fun-filled night."
The 3-hour telecast is scheduled to air live on the network on Jan. 6 from The Beverly Hilton hotel in Beverly Hills.
Samberg's Brooklyn Nine-Nine co-star Terry Crews and The Walking Dead actress Danai Gurira announced the Globes nominations Thursday.

Which actor joined Instagram and poked fun at 'Spider-Man' villain role?
Jake Gyllenhaal joined Instagram and used his first post on the social media site to poke fun at his upcoming villainous role in Marvel's Spider-Man: Far From Home.
Gyllenhaal is set to portray classic Spider-Man foe Mysterio in the sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming. The character is a special effects expert who uses his skills to commit crimes by creating illusions.
The actor posted on his new Instagram a video of himself reading a Spider-Man comic that features Mysterio. Gyllenhaal, after putting the comic book down, looks stunned before he almost drops an f-bomb.
"I just realized I'm not playing Spider-Man," Gyllenhaal captioned the comedic clip.
Spider-Man: Far From Home is set to arrive in theaters on July 5. Tom Holland is returning to portray the wall-crawler alongside returning stars Michael Keaton, Zendaya and Marisa Tomei, among others.
Gyllenhaal is also set to re-unite with his Nightcrawler co-star Rene Russo in Netflix thriller Velvet Buzzsaw. The film takes place in Los Angeles' contemporary art scene.
