I see how women who are 5'9" walk into a room, and I am so attracted to the space they take up. But then I started to realize that you can take up space without height - with your achievements, points of view, and opinions."

Joe Perry offers health update, cancels 2018 shows

Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry has released on social media an update on his health stating that he has canceled the remainder of his 2018 concert dates.

"Just wanted to thank everyone for all of the kind messages I've received this week. I'm home and doing well but the doctor recommends a bit more downtime before getting out to rock again," the rockstar said Tuesday on Twitter.

"So regrettably I had to cancel my upcoming tour dates. Was really looking forward to playing these shows with Brad and Gary and seeing all of you who were planning to come out and support us. We will be back out as soon as possible. Wishing you all happy holidays and looking forward to seeing you in 2019," he continued.

Perry was scheduled to perform at a number of locations from Nov. 30 to Dec. 16. He will next be seen with Aerosmith on Feb. 1 for a Super Bowl concert in Atlanta.

Perry was hospitalized in New York City recently after performing "Walk This Way" as a guest at Billy Joel's Madison Square Garden concert.

Perry reportedly collapsed in his dressing room following the performance with paramedics needing to put a tube down this throat to clear his air path and give him oxygen. He posted on Twitter days later at the time that he was doing well.

The 30-year-old Australian actress shared the news in a funny video Monday on Instagram.

Holt announced her pregnancy in an Instagram post in October after having a miscarriage in March.

"My heart is bursting. I'm so happy to share with you that we are having a baby! It still doesn't feel real," the star wrote.

"These past few months have been filled with excitement, anxiety, tears, joy, uncertainty but most of all gratitude. Our loss earlier this year was the darkest moment of my life," she said. "Yet, it made me infinitely more thankful for the precious baby growing inside me today."

The former Originals star previously told fans she had "never felt more broken" than after her miscarriage.

Holt is best known for playing Rebekah Mikaelson on The Vampire Diaries and The Originals. She also portrayed Samara Cook on Pretty Little Liars and Charmain Tully on Aquarius.
