Good Morning Groanies,

Four BelowOn Friday morning, I accompanied Jack to his first grade class for 'Donuts with Dad'.

All proud papas were welcomed to enjoy some Krispy Kreme donuts and coffee, it was Starbucks so I passed, with their child and/or children before class began.

It was nice to spend some time with just Jack. He was so cute showing me around his classroom, telling me about his daily routine, and what he has to do to make sure that he gets that delicious pizza they serve for lunch when it's available.

I'm so proud of Jack. He's such a good boy and smart, too. He was so sweet, kind, and happy that I was there for 'Donuts with Dad'. I wouldn't have missed it for the world. I had a great time and was just shocked at how much Jack has grown and matured as a first grader. I still remember rocking the baby version of him to sleep like it was yesterday.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to try and keep it together and get a good cup of coffee.

Groaningly yours,
Steve
