Romans 6:5-11

For if we have been united together in the likeness of His death, certainly we also shall be in the likeness of His resurrection, knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin. For he who has died has been freed from sin. Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him, knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, dies no more. Death no longer has dominion over Him.1 For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God. Likewise you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Greetings Bible Enthusiast!

John 20:8-9 says, "Then the other disciple, who came to the tomb first, went in also; and he saw and believed." Do you believe that Jesus is the only son of God, that He died on the cross to take away the sins of the world, and that He rose again in triumphant glory, conquering sin and death? "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved."
Acts 16:31

--FEATURED HYMN:

I serve a risen Savior, He's in the world today;
I know that He is living, whatever men may say;
I see His hand of mercy, I hear His voice of cheer,
And just the time I need Him He's always near;
He lives, He lives, Christ Jesus lives today:
He walks with me and talks with me along life's narrow way.
He lives, He lives salvation to impart!
You ask me how I know he lives?
He lives within my heart.

-Alfred Ackley
