Hello Animal Lovers,

It's almost Halloween and you know what that means... hilarious animals in costume! Some of the costumes in this clip are just too funny. I love the dog in the Chia Pet costume, it's priceless! Now I have never tried to put a costume on my dog, but when I see them on other animals I can't help but to laugh. If you want to see a tortoise dressed as a ghost then you have to stay tuned until the end.
