Good Morning Groanies,

The vacation might be over, but I'm still numb. Let me explain.

The family and I spent a week at the lake. Actually, it was one of the Great Lakes. Probably the greatest of lakes...Lake Michigan.

I was in the water quite a bit even though it was...freezing! The water ssssoooooooo cold. Global warming is such crap because that water was ice cold. It was so cold I couldn't feel my feet after being in there for 5 minutes.

It would appear that my family is much smarter than I. They spent the entire time on the beach, probably thinking of ways to defrost me. That water was biting...or maybe it was that Northern Pike.

He returns her gaze. "Anything?"

"Anything."

His voice softens. "Anything??"

"Absolutely anything."

His voice turns to a whisper. "Would you...study?"
