Zoe (Lopez) is a Manhattan pet-store owner who has given up on finding Mr. Right in time to have a baby with him. She decides to go the artificial insemination route, and the day she has the procedure, she meets Stan (good-looking TV actor Alex O'Loughlin), who has an upstate farm where he makes cheese. They start to fall for each other, but soon she discovers she is pregnant with twins from the artificial insemination, and she reluctantly tells him. This causes difficulties in Zoe's and Stan's relationship, and the movie is about how it all works out. 'City Island' DVD This indie comedy is about a blue-collar family that lives in the small section of the Bronx called City Island. Vince Rizzo (Andy Garcia) is a prison guard, but he sneaks off to Manhattan for an acting class taught by Michael Malakov (Alan Arkin). Vince's wife Joyce (Julianna Margulies) thinks he's having an affair, but his relationship with another student (Emily Mortimer) is platonic. And their son has a fetish for over- weight women. Watch a Clip: 'Yoo-Hoo, Mrs. Goldberg' DVD Aviva Kempner made this documentary about the life and times of Gertrude Berg, best known to the American public through her hugely popular on-air character Molly Goldberg. Berg wrote, produced and played the lead in The Goldbergs, a sit- com that aired on radio for 17 years in the 1930s and '40s and on TV for seven years ending in 1956. Molly spoke with a Yiddish accent, and the Goldberg family lived in a Bronx tenement where neighbors who wanted to talk to her yelled out their windows, "Yoo-hoo, Mrs. Goldberg!" The show cap- tured the immigrant experience in a heartwarming way. * DVD Rewind: Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde DVD Already made five times previously in the brief history of film, this silent version of the Robert Louis Stevenson thriller remains a classic, thanks to John Barrymore's great performance in the title roles.
