Saturday, June 28, 2014Hello Music lovers,
Though the Beatles don't release new music anymore (I can't imagine why.)Thanks to the joy of the internet, we can find new gems for old favorites all the time. My second favorite Beatles song is While My Guitar Gently Weeps. George Harrison wrote it, Clapton did the solo, and it's one of the greatest melodies I've ever heard.
In 1971, Harrison and friends had a well-known concert to benefit victims of the Bangladesh genocide. Here's a near perfect performance of one of his masterpieces.
Pleasant Watching,
-Khalil
