TIP FOR BAKING LARGE QUANTITIES OF COOKIES:

If you only have a few cookie sheets but are making a lot
of cookies, tear off a few cookie-sheet-sized pieces of
aluminum foil. While one batch is in the oven, you can
scoop out your next batch of cookies onto the foil. Remove
the batch from the oven, let the cookie sheet cool for a
minute, and then transfer the foil with the cookies on it
to the cookie sheet...you´ve got another batch ready for
the oven.
