Here's the Scoop....

The Las Vegas district attorney who helped prosecute Paris
Hilton and Bruno Mars on separate drug charges in 2010 was
arrested and booked into jail on drug charges of his own over
the weekend.

David Charles Schubert, 47, was booked into jail Saturday on a
charge of possession of cocaine, according to jail records.
The charge was the same on which Paris and Bruno were initially
booked following their arrests last summer. The socialite and
the musician both later struck plea deals.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that David, a chief deputy
district attorney, was arrested after allegedly buying crack
cocaine from a street dealer as, unbeknownst to him, a police
officer looked on.

He was often assigned to Las Vegas's high-profile and celebrity
ases, and is a member of a federal drug task force.

Possession of cocaine is a felony in Nevada.

Renée Zellweger & Bradley Cooper Split...

It's over for Renée Zellweger and Bradley Cooper.

Bradley, 36, and Renée, 41, who moved in together last fall to
become one of Hollywood's most glamorous couples, have broken
up, sources reveal.

Although the pair never officially confirmed their relationship,
they were frequently spotted out together and Bradley has been
vocal about his feelings.

"I can't say enough about her," he said in September while
promoting the couple's film Case 39. "I just love her. I [loved]
coming to work. I love acting with her. I can learn so much from
her."

Renée even skipped the Golden Globes in January at the last
minute to be with Bradley when his father died. She was also
close to his mom, Gloria.

But in February, there was speculation about their relationship
when they each attended a pre-Oscar party but didn?t hang out
together.

There?s another Spice baby on the way!

She reveals that she is due this summer, ?around July, August.?

Melanie and husband Stephen Belafonte, both 35, are ?really

?Both my pregnancies have been lucky and happy and exciting, no

we?re best friends, we?re in it together, and he?s totally
supportive,? Melanie explains.

She adds, ?I like the feeling of being pregnant. I like being able
to just eat something if I?m craving it. I definitely do put on
weight [during pregnancy] but I think you?re meant to when you?re
pregnant. I think it?s healthy.?

Wyclef Jean Shot in Haiti...

As Haitians head to the polls to vote for their next president,
former candidate Wyclef Jean is recovering Sunday from being
shot in the hand.

"He is doing well," his publicist, Cindy Tanenbaum, says. The
Haiti-born hip-hop artist, 41, was shot in Port-au-Prince on
Saturday, the night before the country's presidential runoff
election.

Wyclef previously had his eyes on the executive office in Haiti,
but officials in Haiti barred his presidential candidacy in
August because he lives primarily in New Jersey.

The results of the runoff election, which is between former
first lady Mirlande Manigat and singer Michel Martelly, will
be released April 16.

Steve Martin has no desire to return to stand-up...

Funnyman Steve Martin is adamant he will never return to stand-
up comedy, because he no longer has the stamina to keep up with
the "young man's gig."

The 65-year-old "Father of the Bride" star began his career on
the live comedy circuit in the 1970s and went on to land guest
spots on "Saturday Night Live" and "The Tonight Show starring
Johnny Carson."

But he decided to turn his back on the industry after making a
name for himself in Hollywood, and he insists he has no desire
to stage a comeback because the life of a stand-up comic is
too lonely.

Appearing on "The View" on Thursday, he said, "I'm done with
that. That's a young man's gig, it's very trying.

"I was in my 30s and I did it for about seven years before that
and it's a very lonely life because you're alone on stage...
(and) you're essentially alone all the time."

Steve has since broadened his talents and established himself
as an author, movie star and banjo-playing bluegrass musician.
