Hello Animal Lovers,

Have you ever seen a pelican yawn? I'm sure you're thinking it's nothing that crazy - every animal needs to yawn right? (Well maybe not fish) But they have those extra large gullets for catching fish. so it gets a little stranger than that.

Someone had the good fortune to capture a pelican in the act, and at the same time had the foresight to record in slow motion - it's really cool!

The neat thing about the pelican bill is that it's flexible, and they have those long curvy necks. Is it a little gross? Maybe, but I'm fascinated by it!
