Here's the Scoop....

Brooke Burke waited five years before marrying her hubby David Charvet, but she's wasting no time taking his last name.

"Tomorrow on Dancing with the Stars will be the first time I go by my new name on TV," Brooke said at Sunday's Emmy Awards. "I'm happy about being Brooke Charvet."

Although the former Ms. Burke is excited about the change, not all people agree with her decision.

"It's been 50-50 from everybody, but I'm doing it!" she says.

The mother of four is still basking in the joy of being a newlywed.

"The timing just felt right," she says of her secret nuptials. "It was a very selfish, but meaningful moment. It was really spontaneous and romantic and really about us and not about what everyone else wanted or thought."

Now, let's get to the rest of the nooz...

Ciao,
Sarah

William & Kate Opening a Children's Cancer Center...

Prince William is introducing his wife to a charity close to his heart.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will open a children's cancer center at the Royal Marsden Hospital later this month. William, 29, has followed in his mother, Princess Diana's footsteps by taking on the role of president of the London hospital.

The royal couple's office announced on Monday that they will visit the center on Sept. 29, where they will be given a tour of the unit, meet the staff and patients, and William will unveil a plaque to officially open the center.

The opening is part of Kate's ongoing immersion in royal charity work. "The Duchess is using the next few months to get to get to know a number of charitable and other causes better, so she can make well informed decisions about her future role," says a spokesman.

Palace sources have also confirmed that Kate, 29, is currently undergoing quiet, private visits to charities to figure out what sorts of causes she will pursue. "The Duchess has a broad range of interests," adds the spokesman. And the causes she chooses to work with, "will be different to but complement her husbands existing interests."

Timberlake & Mila Kunis Explain Hacking Scandal Photos...

Reports that Friends with Benefits costars Mila Kunis and Justin Timberlake shared intimate photos on their cellphones are "entirely false," reps for both stars reveal.

"At no time did Mr. Timberlake and Ms. Kunis exchange inappropriate texts or emails. The insistence that there is any inappropriate correspondence between the two parties is entirely false," the statement continues.

On Thursday, TMZ reported that a phone account owned by Mila, 28, was hacked and photos of the actress in a bathtub along with pictures of Justin, 30, lying on a bed were discovered.

"We would like to confirm that the photo addressed in the
media of Ms. Kunis was in fact not from any phone but from an inactive email account that has not existed in three years. In regards to the other photos in question, they were never exchanged between the two parties."

While both actors are currently working with authorities and will pursue any legal action required in this matter, they are also getting the last laugh.

"In closing, Mr. Timberlake would like us to make it clear that while he might write songs about putting things in boxes, he never has and definitely doesn't make a habit of taking any photos of them and sending them," the statement continues.

Also "Ms. Kunis would like us to add that while she is a fan of the song, she does not have nor has ever had photos of any male parts in her possession."

Army Wives's Pressman & Cougar Town's David Rogers Marry...

It's a marriage made in TV heaven.

Army Wives star Sally Pressman married her longtime love, actor David Rogers, who has appeared on Cougar Town, Saturday evening overlooking the Pacific Ocean at the Bacara Resort & Spa in Santa Barbara, California.

The bride's jewelry was by Gilan, which she Tweeted recently is "a family owned company from Turkey. I am so so fortunate and grateful."

And Sally didn't leave her wedding-day figure to chance. The actress worked hard with trainer-to-the-stars Tracy Anderson to prepare for the big event, and Tweeted recently that for every day, a top priority was: "Gotta get the workout in!"

Planning the wedding, too, took some creative scheduling.

"It's challenging for sure, but because we have such a large cast, luckily I have some time to take care of details," she told Lifetime, which airs the show, of juggling work with wedding prep. "Looking at locations is impossible but my fianc is taking care of that a little. And I have meetings with my wedding planner over Skype. Thank God for technology!"

The newlyweds were engaged last October at Anderson's Studio in L.A., where David proposed on bended knee.

"After an immediate 'yes', they embraced in a loving (and sweaty) hug," her rep said at the time.

This is the first marriage for both Sally, 30, and David, 34, who first met in Lesly Kahn's acting class

Anthony Cries Onstage at His Birthday Concert...

It may have been a tough summer, but Marc Anthony had the total support of his fans Friday night at his sold-out concert at Miami's American Airlines Arena.

And they showed him that immediately as they sang "Happy Birthday" Marc turned 43 on Friday night immediately after he took the stage. The surprised singer fell to his knees, teary-eyed, in thanks.

Then it was his turn to sing.

Performing mostly in Spanish, he kept the enthusiastic audience on their feet all night. Hinting at his recent heartache after the breakup of his marriage to Jennifer Lopez, Marc introduced his song "Until I Met You" ("Hasta Que Te Conoci") about suffering in love and called it "complicated."

He also thanked the audience for "all your love and support, especially this year; it means a lot to me."

Later in the evening, Marcs teenage daughter, Ariana (with ex-girlfriend Debbie Rosado), presented him with a three-tier, black and white birthday cake, while the crowd serenaded him once again.

Said Marc: "Who in the world could say they're spending their birthday like this? I'm a very lucky man."
