Saturday, September 21, 2013Hello Everyone...
So I went to my first Chicago Blackhawks game the other day, boy was it fun. It was actually the first time I watched any hockey, so it was a little confusing when there were penalties and the like. But I was right at home in the United Center where the Bulls play, and was enjoying the music.
There was plenty of classic rock, current favs, and other jams to really pump up the crowd. The coolest song to grace the speakers was a mashup of Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin. I've never heard it, so I searched for it the next day and found Whole Lotta Sabbath - a mashup of Whole Lotta Love and War Pigs. It rocks - plain and simple, taking the best from both songs, and allowing both Tony Iommi and the great Jimmy Paige to play their best licks.
