BIRTH DATE: November 18, 1953, St. Louis, Missouri
CLAIM TO FAME: Nealon is best known as a cast member on
Saturday Night Live from 1986 to 1995.
FAMILY LIFE: He has been married to actress Susan Yeagley
since 2005, and they have one son, Gable Ness Nealon, born
on January 29, 2007.
INFO: Nealon's first network television appearance was a
stand-up routine for The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson in
1984. He joined the cast of Saturday Night Live in 1986,
becoming a full-time performer on the show in the 1987-88
season.
The characters he made famous during his nine seasons include
Mr. Subliminal (or Subliminal Message Man), Franz (of Hans
and Franz), Mr. No Depth Perception, and the anchor of
Weekend Update.
After SNL, Nealon branched out into films, making appearances
in Happy Gilmore, Anger Management, Little Nicky, Daddy Day
Care, Good Boy! and Grandma's Boy.

TRIVIA: Is an old boy for Connecticut Yankees RFC.
Has been a vegetarian for 18 years due to animal cruelty
and the health benefits.
Played on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire in 2001 for his
charity.
Graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1971 and then
graduated with a bachelor's degree in marketing from Sacred
Heart University.
Was an LA standup comedian in the 1970s, notably at the
Hollywood Improv.
Ties with Chevy Chase and Randy Quaid as the tallest cast
member of Saturday Night Live (1975) to date.
WHERE IS HE NOW: Nealon had a recurring television role on
the 2002-06 CBS comedy Still Standing playing Ted Halverson,
the Millers' competitive and religious neighbor.
Nealon hosted the World's Funniest Commercials on TBS,
telling corny jokes in between commercials. In 2008, the
book he wrote, Yes, You're Pregnant, But What About Me?,
was released. The book chronicles his experiences during
his wife's pregnancy.
He played Stuart Pearson in the adventure comedy movie
Aliens in the Attic, and had a cameo appearance in the 2008
film Get Smart. Nealon has an ongoing supporting role as
Doug Wilson on the show Weeds on Showtime, and recently
guest starred on the television sitcom 'Til Death.
