BIRTH DATE: August 14, 1946, Louisville, Kentucky

CLAIM TO FAME: He is known for playing Roy Biggins on the TV series Wings.

INFO: While attending Western Kentucky University, Schramm became heavily involved with theater, and won a four-year graduate scholarship to Juilliard's newly formed drama school in New York. He earned the attention of Hollywood with his 1998 role in "Born Yesterday" at the Pasadena Playhouse, and found steady work ever since.

Some of the shows Schramm has appeared on include Jake and the Fatman, Wiseguy, The Equalizer, Miami Vice, and Spenser: For Hire. He voiced one of the characters in the Disney animated series Hercules. He starred in the TV movie The Time of Your Life (1976) and the musical Cradle Will Rock (1999).

TRIVIA: Worked for Theatre West Virginia

Attended Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky and majored in English

WHERE IS HE NOW: Schramm has focused his attentions to the theater. In 2008, he appeared in The Seafarer at the George Street Playhouse in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Most recently, in 2009, he appeared on Broadway in Finian's Rainbow and at the New York City Center in the musical Music in the Air.
