BIRTH NAME: Patrick Alan Lilley

CLAIM TO FAME: He is best known for playing Eddie Munster on the TV series The Munsters.

FAMILY LIFE: Patrick was engaged to marry long-time Munsters fan Donna McCall, but McCall ended their relationship in November 2010.

INFO: Patrick got his start in 1962 playing the son of widow Louise Howard on the CBS comedy The Real McCoys. He made other television appearances during the 1960s, including Mister Ed, My Favorite Martian, Daniel Boone, I Dream of Jeannie, The Monkees, Gunsmoke, and Adam-12, and was featured in eight episodes of My Three Sons as the character Gordon Dearing.

Patrick has also lent his voice to the character of Milo in the 1969 live-action/animated film The Phantom Tollbooth, and to an animated version of Eddie Munster in the "Eight Misbehavin'" episode of The Simpsons (1999). As a teen, he starred in the Saturday morning fantasy program Lidsville (from 1971-1973).

In 1983, he recorded a song called "Whatever Happened to Eddie?" under the group name Eddie and the Monsters featuring Butch Patrick. He recorded a second single, "It's Only Halloween", which was released on Park Lane Drive Records in 2007.

TRIVIA: His stepfather is former pro baseball player Ken Hunt.

Has a half-sister named Kerry Lynn Sprick (formerly Kerry Lynn Hunt).

Once played himself on an episode of "The Simpsons" (1989). Ranked #45 in VH1's list of the "100 Greatest Kid Stars".

Best friends of former child actors Brandon Cruz, Danny Bonaduce and Bill Mumy.

Patrick made the news on November 11, 2010 when it was announced that he had entered a drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility in New Jersey, one week after Donna McCall announced the end of their relationship.

In May 2011, Patrick announced that he has prostate cancer, and said that it was detected early. Doctors informed him he had a 90 percent chance of surviving cancer.

Credits Yvonne De Carlo as his favorite acting mentor, best friend and surrogate mother.

WHERE IS HE NOW: Butch will appear in the upcoming reality-TV series 'Property Horrors' in 2017.
