Here's the Scoop....
He can't vote or buy liquor or enlist in the army. He's barely
old enough to drive a car. But that doesn't mean Justin Bieber
doesn't have a lot of stories... A book's worth, actually.
Pop's hair-flipping wonder boy is giving his fans something
else to flip through ? his memoir. Due in stores in October,
the book documents Justin's road to stardom, from his
YouTube debut to his chart-topping career today.
HarperCollins will publish the book, which will also include
exclusive photos for "fans afflicted with Bieber fever."
In a statement released by the publisher, Justin says he is
"excited to share just a little bit more of my world."

Lady Gaga Earns Record-Breaking 13 VMA Nominations...
Lady Gaga isn't just smashing records on the pop charts, she's
also making awards-show history.
The Grammy-winning singer, 24, scored 13 MTV Video Music Award
nominations Tuesday ? the most ever received by any artist in
a single year. The 2010 MTV Video Music Awards will air live
Sept. 12 at 9 p.m. EST.
"I'm so honored for all the little monsters and self-professed
freaks of the universe, to have more VMA nominations in a
single year than any artist in MTV history," says Gaga.
"Ironically, I'm even more proud it's an unlucky number: 13."
She adds: "A long time ago the world told me and my little
monsters we would never be heard, together we changed the
rules. God put me on Earth for three reasons: To make loud
music, gay videos and cause a damn raucous. Thank you, MTV!"
Among the lucky 13 nominations: best pop video, best dance
music video, best female video and best choreography for
her hit single, "Bad Romance."
The megastar is also up for best collaboration for "Telephone"
featuring Beyoncé.
Gaga's toughest competition? Possibly herself. "Bad Romance"
and "Telephone" are both in the running for best choreography
and video of the year.

Secret lovers no more!
Ali and Roberto's engagement aired Monday on the season finale
of The Bachelorette, where they were finally able to share
their romance in public, and hit the town to celebrate in
Hollywood. Their constant companion for the night? Her ring!
Set in platinum, the Neil Lane sparkler featuers a 3.03 center
asscher-cut diamond, accented with 184 round brilliant cut
diamonds. Estimated price tag: $50,000.
After a joint, giggly appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Ali and
Roberto hit L.A. bar/eatery Capitol City, where ABC staffers
had gathered for a wrap/viewing party.
The couple were very "lovey dovey," and "very affectionate," a
witness says. Smiling, taking pictures with fans and drinking
beer. As Roberto's proposal played on giant flat screens at the
bar, the crowd cheered when Roberto revealed the ring. (Ali
flashed the Neil Lane to photographers throughout her night in
L.A.) Watching the big moment, a teary-eyed Ali told her fiance,
"I love you" and nestled her head into his shoulder.
The revelers even sang along to "Can You Feel the Love Tonight"
as it played during the show's montage.
Ali "looked so happy," a witness says. "Elated and content."
When it was time to go, the pair walked out to applause.
Roberto smiled and waved to friends, while a beaming Ali
giggled.
"I'm a lucky man," Roberto gushed during a Good Morning America
appearance. "I'm just looking forward to enjoying that normal
life and kind of having that normalcy and enjoying each other."
Ali chimed in: "He said during the proposal, 'I want every time
that I'm with you to let you know that you're so, so loved.'
And he does do that now, you know, outside the show."

'Jersey Shore' star arrested...
Always outrageous, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi allegedly took
things too far this time.
The petite reality star, 22, of Jersey Shore was being
booked by the Seaside Heights, N.J., police department
Friday after she was seen intoxicated in public, a police
source confirms. Meanwhile, the cameras on her popular
MTV reality show were rolling too.
snooki was expected to be charged with disorderly conduct,
another source says.
"She didn?t hurt anyone or get in a fight," says the second
source. "She just needs to be in a drunk tank for two hours."
A rep for the show declined to comment.

Charlie Sheen Ordered to 30 Days in Rehab...
Charlie Sheen pleaded guilty Monday to a misdemeanor assault
charge in his domestic violence case and was ordered to 30
days in rehab as part of a plea deal at a court hearing in
Aspen, Colo. In exchange, two other charges were dropped.
Charlie was also sentenced to three months probation and
must complete 36 hours of domestic violence counseling.
He appeared upbeat in the courtroom. Asked to enter a plea,
he told the judge, "Guilty as charged your honor." Asked
why he was submitting that plea, Charlie replied, "Because
I'm guilty."
Charlie added in a statement following the sentencing: "I'm
very grateful to the court and to the people of Pitkin
County. I look forward to complying with the court's decision,
getting on with my life and putting this behind me."
His lawyer, Yale Galanter, is pleased with the case's outcome,
saying, "Charlie got a great sentence, and I am privileged to
have been able to do this for him."
The Two and a Half Men star will be back at work on the set
of his hit sitcom Tuesday working on the first episode of
the new season.
Previously Charlie had pleaded not guilty to a felony menacing
charge and two misdemeanors stemming from the couple's
Christmas Day fight, in which Brooke told police he had pinned
her down and threatened her with a knife.

"Apparently MTV doesn't care that I have two massive stadium
shows on the other side of the country the day after the
VMAs. F me, right?!?!," says the rapper, who's up for Best

don't expect me to be nice about it."
Eminem racked up eight MTV Video Music Award nominations,
making him the year's most nominated male artist.
