I had tons and tons of emails from readers to tell Jim that

Have you ever heard of using apple vinegar for dandruff? Jane
Seymore on the Hallmark movie this past Saturday played a
helpful hint person with a TV show and on it she mentioned
about rinsing your hair before and after shampooing but she
didn't say how much to use, any ideas? I was told I have
psoriasis and use three different kinds of shampoo but

I always put an oven bag inside the crock pot before using
and after your stew or nacho cheese is gone you just pull
the bag out and throw it away- NO MESSES to clean!!
