Here's the Scoop....

Kris Humphries plans to answer Kim Kardashian's divorce filing by seeking a legal separation, sources reveal.

The NBA player likely will file the court papers within days, say the sources.

Rather than pursue a divorce as Kim has, the NBA player's ultimate intent is to annul the marriage, clearing the record of ever being married to the reality star, the sources say.

This would be a change of heart for Kris.

Shortly after Kim traveled to Minnesota and met with Kris and the pastor who married them, sources close to him insisted he intended to try and move on and sign the divorce papers.

Just 72 days after a lavish wedding, Kardashian, 31, filed for divorce from Humphries, 26, on Oct. 31, citing irreconcilable differences.

Their troubles flared almost immediately and were on display in the season premiere of Kourtney & Kim Take Manhattan.

Now, let's get to the rest of the nooz...

Usher's ex-wife seeking full custody...

Usher's ex-wife Tameka Raymond has filed suit against the singer in a bid to receive full custody of their two kids and recoup $34,000 in child support.

The singer filed for divorce from Tameka in June, 2009, and together they share joint physical custody of their two boys, Usher Raymond V, 4, and Naviyd Eli, 3.

However, Tameka has now filed court papers against Usher in Georgia, claiming he allegedly failed to complete a number of legal obligations laid out in their agreement.

According to documents, she has accused him of neglecting to ask her permission before travelling with the kids outside the state and before hiring help.

Usher also allegedly failed to let Tameka have the children for a two-week period over the summer or during the tots' Christmas vacation last year.

Additionally, Tameka is requesting that a judge reconsider her allocated $5,000-a-month child support payment as there has been a "substantial" increase in Usher's income.

A hearing on the matter is set for Wednesday.

Mindy McCready and 5-Year-Old Son Are Missing...

Police are searching for Mindy McCready and her 5-year-old son Zander, who both disappeared Tuesday night in Florida during an apparent dispute between the troubled country singer and the court system.

Mindy, 36, who doesn't have legal custody of the child but is allowed visitations, was last seen after she picked up the boy from her father's Cape Coral, Fla., house. Mindy's parents have custody of the boy.

A missing persons report was filed with police, according to reports, and a judge has ordered Mindy to return Zander by 5 p.m. Thursday.

Late Tuesday night Mindy posted a Facebook message saying, "My son is not missing" and that "police established that this afternoon via Skype."

"I have been fighting the Florida court system to protect my son, and bring him home," she writes. "Please do not worry."

Mindy has been plagued by a number of personal problems in recent years, including an apparent overdose, suicide attempts and rehab.

This actress has pledged to dance for 100 consecutive days in a bid to help fans get fit...

It's Kirstie Alley...

The former "Cheers" star, who has struggled with weight issues for years, has been shedding the pounds ever since she was forced to shape up as a contestant on "Dancing With the Stars" earlier this year.

The actress lost an impressive 100 pounds since March after adopting a healthy new diet and focusing on a strict exercise regime, and now she is vowing to help others do the same by leading an ultimate dance marathon, beginning on January 1.

She says, "I'm trying to start a grassroots movement and I hope you all join in. Im doing a hundred days of dance, starting on January 1. What you do is you join in, and whether you dance for 30 minutes or an hour, you dance for 100 consecutive days.

"And I'll video myself dancing, like, for five or 10 minutes and I'll hold a newspaper up so that you can see the date... so you know I'm not cheating. I want everybody in the world to join in on this, it's a fun way to stay fit."
