Trivia Today - Wednesday, July 16, 2014

Greetings Infomaniacs,

I am sore this morning! Yesterday I did a boot camp class at the gym, which is a different type of workout that I am used to doing.

Usually I attend workout classes where I lift some weights or do some cardio kickboxing, but in this class we were doing pushups, sit ups, burpees, and planks.

It's a whole nother ball game when you're using your own body resistance and learning to maintain the correct form.

I'm not sure I'll be able to walk right for a couple of days, but in a weird way the pain feels good! No pain, no gain, right?

Enjoy!
Melissa
