TRIVIA TODAY - Wednesday, October 16, 2013
Greetings Infomaniacs,My friend that passed away in August would have turned 32 a couple of weeks ago. In honor of her birthday, my friend's sister decided to do 32 random acts of kindness for complete strangers.
I was inspired by this idea so I decided to do a few random acts of my own. So far I paid for the person behind me at the Dunkin Donuts drive-thru, surprised co-workers with cookies in their mailboxes and wrote thank you cards to people who have made a difference in my life.
When I told my cousin about it, she was so inspired that she decided to do some of her own things. She printed out healthy recipes for her neighbor on dialysis and wrote letters to a couple of people who needed encouragement, among other kind and selfless things.
I wondered if everyone was inspired to do one nice thing for someone else, would that help make the world a slightly better place? I don't know, but I think it's worth a try!
Enjoy!
