Alyssa Milano will not return for season 3 of 'Mistresses'

Alyssa Milano is departing Mistresses.
The 41-year-old actress has portrayed Savannah "Savi" Davis on two seasons of the ABC drama, but will not return for a third season. Milano announced the news Tuesday on Twitter, and explained on her website she is leaving to focus on being a mother. "After two wonderful seasons in Los Angeles, the studio has decided to shoot season three of Mistresses in Vancouver, Canada for financial reasons," she revealed. "It's with a heavy heart that I have decided that I can't relocate." "I have two babies under 4," she continued. "Being a mother and wife comes first and I just can not uproot my children and separate the family by moving away. I will miss this job desperately and wish everyone the absolute best." Mistresses premiered on ABC in 2013, and co-starred Milano, Rochelle Aytes, Yunjin Kim and Jes Macallan as Davis, April Malloy, Karen Kim and Josslyn "Joss" Carver. The series follows the four women as they navigate their complex -- and sometimes illicit -- relationships. Milano has been married to agent David Bugliari since August 2009. The couple have two children together -- 3- year-old son Milo Thomas and newborn daughter Elizabella Dylan.

Tracy Morgan replies to Walmart's claims he caused his injuries

Tracy Morgan is firing back at Walmart's claim that he was responsible for the injuries he sustained in a wreck in June on the New Jersey Turnpike. On Monday, the big-box store filed a response to Morgan's lawsuit, saying the actor was not wearing a seat belt. Morgan's suit claimed negligence against Walmart, saying truck driver Kevin Roper, 35, was over-tired after being awake for 24 hours.
The actor and several others were badly hurt in the six-car pileup, and comedian James McNair, 62, was killed. Morgan answered Walmart's claims in a statement emailed to USA Today: After I heard what Walmart said in court I felt I had to speak out. I can't believe Walmart is blaming me for an accident that they caused. My friends and I were doing nothing wrong. I want to thank my fans for sticking with me during this difficult time. I love you all. I'm fighting hard every day to get back. While Morgan said he and his friends weren't doing anything wrong, however, he does not answer Walmart's charges on whether or not he was wearing his seat belt when the crash took place. The actor and his friends were riding in a limo bus.

Isla Fisher pregnant with third child

The Now You See Me actress and her husband Sacha Baron Cohen are expecting their third child together, sources tell Us Weekly. The pregnancy will reportedly keep Fisher from participating in the upcoming sequel Now You See Me 2. "Production starts in November and she knew she wouldn't be able to do it," a source said, adding, "She's about three months along." Fisher and Baron Cohen are already parents to two daughters, Olive, 6, and Elula Lottie Miriam, 4. The couple became engaged in 2008 after two years of dating and married in March 2010. "Family is 100 percent my top priority. So I'm much more comfortable doing supporting roles right now," the actress told The Telegraph in July 2013. "And often they're the most interesting. You get to be a character actress."
